Spektrum Aircraft Telemetry Flight Pack Voltage Sensor-2pin SPMA9570A is compatible with all newer receivers that use a 2 pin Voltage socket and this is the lead that ships with some of the telementry receivers.
This cable ships with the AR637T receiver and others, it plugs directly into the Voltage telemetry port, and you solder the ends to your ESC on the battery side.
