E2K Rev Limiting Flashed 60A Esc
This flashed E2K esc is now available from Nexus Models as we were asked to support the E2K class.
This is being manufactured by the same factory and exactly to the specification set by the rules and previously supplied by Simon Wood.
We hope to hold stock at all times to help competitors and we are also able to supply all other parts needed to build a E2K model saving on post and time.
It was voted at the 2016 agm that speed controllers would be limited to an average RPM of 15232. In an attempt to level the racing field in E2K, so that anyone can come and race and be right on the pace with no special motors or batteries being required.
This move really does address the final problem that existed with this class and absolutely puts the onus on the pilot.
No longer will you need batteries in tip top condition and no longer will you have to search for a really good motor.
This is making some of the closest racing ever seen round a pylon course………and the best bit is that newcomers will have models with the exact same performance as the race winners without spending a fortune.
RX Output Voltage 5.5 volts, 6 amps
Please Note: This ESC is designed for racing so is not set with a Low Voltage Cut Off. It is also set with a Hard Brake so only power this motor when it is fitted to a model.
