Shipping & Delivery

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Goods are normally dispatched within 2 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Next day delivery is only possible Monday-Saturday to most UK postcodes (excluding bank holidays). The cut off time for this service is 13:00 (1pm) but if possible orders after this time may still be dispatched depending on relevant courier collection times.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and we do not offer a shipping cost refund if your parcel does not arrive within the time quoted except for Royal Mail Special delivery where you can request a refund if your parcel does not arrive by 1pm the next day (or 2pm on weekends) excluding bank holidays.

Shipping methods which specify a delivery day do not include orders which include any out of stock items. Orders will be held until all items are in stock.

International orders

The website will only offer Royal Mail Shipping up to 2kg & not including restricted items. (If you have no postage quote you have something in your basket too heavy or a restricted item).

We are able to offer a courier shipping cost at request should you require one to your country. Delivery to non-UK countries may result in tax & import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Tax Charges (VAT)

All orders delivered to a UK address must pay VAT. Orders shipping to all other countries are exempt from VAT which will be automatically removed during checkout. 

If you are using a VPN our website may incorrectly display VAT depending on your settings but this will be automatically corrected during checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over £99 delivered to most mainland UK postcodes (excluding highlands & Islands) when made in one transaction. Additional orders may not be used to get to £99

If a quote is offered for a courier delivery by request our UK shipping cost will be deducted from the quote when the order value is over £99
