The EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme allows us to collect VAT from EU customers at the checkout for low-value goods (up to €150) shipped to EU countries, ensuring faster customs clearance for customers by avoiding import VAT and clearance fees upon delivery*.
Our website will now display prices inclusive of local VAT for EU countries, regardless of value, which will then be recalculated during checkout if the value is over €150. Orders exceeding this value will exclude VAT and will require import VAT and clearance fees to be paid upon delivery.
*Some EU countries may still charge a customs administration fee. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
